BUDDY CHECK

Buddy Check is a great tool to use to facilitate formal feedback moments within teams. These can provide insights to the tutor as well as help to provide a safe environment where students can air their grievances – however only with the correct support and guidance. Simply assigning this feedback task to the students, without coaching on giving and receiving effective feedback, could render this activity less useful.
